We had a great week! Thursday was especially wonderful with our Grandparents/Special Friends Day! It’s really fun to see the kids interacting with their grandparents and special friends. The excitement in the room Thursday morning was palpable. Later this week you will receive a copy of a picture of your child with their grandparent or special friend if they stopped by and had me take one! Please be on the look out for that.
Just a quick reminder that I will be gone on Monday due to attending a training in Minnesota. Mrs. Starke will be the sub for the day. If you need something please contact Mrs. Stiens at the school office.
Also, when you see the important dates below you will notice that I have bold font some of them. The date that are in bold font are important dates regarding First Reconciliation and First Communion.

Remember that this Wednesday, March 20th from 3:30 to 6 pm is our Open House. Students will have their portfolios out to share their work from the year. The students will also be showing off work that’s around the room and in the hallway. I will also have everyone’s grade cards for third quarter to be handed out. Please make plans to attend.

10th – K-4 Mass; Reconciliation with Father at 9:05 in the church
11th – Attend Stations of the Cross lead by 3rd grade at 12:00 in the church
17th – 6th Grade Reenactment of the Stations of the Cross at 8:45 in the church
18th – 8th Grade Reenactment of the Last Supper; Holy Thursday activities (Please have your child wear their FFF shirt); Dismissal at 12:30
19th – GOOD FRIDAY – NO SCHOOL
22nd – We DO have school as a make up day
24th – K-4 Mass; First Communion Practice at 6 pm
27th – First Communion at 4 pm
30th – Second Grade Retreat to Conception Abbey and Clyde
If Mass is cancelled for some reason (weather, funeral, etc.) the students will be moved to the next week.
