WOW!! What a week! We were so blessed this week! Officer Ian Myers let every student sit in the driver’s seat of his patrol car! And let each student choose a police badge from different cities, states and even other countries! We are so thankful for the way Officer Ian promotes the health and safety of our students! He does such a great job of relating situations for the students they learn SO much from Officer Ian!! We even got to dress like a police officer!
Each student also received their very own pumpkin from KAWASAKI!! We will spend the next week using the pumpkins in class and then send them home on Thursday, October 11th as we do not have school on October 12th for professional development.
Please enjoy the personal ROCKSTAR READER pictures! We will discuss what a Rockstar reader looks like at parent teacher conferences later this month.
Please enjoy some fun class photos of our dividing lesson on how to divide and share a food item. We also had fun making some pumpkin patch number patterns that we would love to share with you also at parent teacher conferences. We are having lots of fun with fall, learning new concepts and decorating our room for you!
